The two exchangeable screws of the KM-2 extruder are regulated by a continuously variable motor. The cooling tunnels ensure an alternating cooling of the strand which leads to an even cooling.
The pasta presses of the Pressquick series, as well as pasta rolling and cutting machines of the Juwel series, have proven themselves for over 50 years as robust and extremely reliable machines.
